The LCEDC collaborates with the County's Land Services Department to operate a Plan Center serving Lincoln County's contractors and development service providers. They source plans for commercial and public works projects, making them available for contractor review and bid decisions. Public agencies, developers, architects, and engineers may submit plans at no cost. Onsite copy service is available.

Development update
Reardan Building Moratorium Lifted
Reardan's water supply connection suspension has been lifted and building permits are now available. Located 13 miles west of Fairchild AFB and 22 miles west of Spokane at the Highway 2 and Highway 231 N intersection.
